| Chef Larry Cornblatt- Larry does our Green Top Market dinners to go. He works Tuesdaysand Thursdays and his entrees are delicious to say the least. His Chicken Pot Pie,spaghetti and meatballs, mac and cheese, and famous meat loaf and mash potatoes are afew of his most popular creations. Larry also makes our signature BBQ sauce, freshpesto, and marinara sauce for our deli sandwiches amongst other fresh specialties. Larryis a 20+ year experienced chef whose main business is in personal chef services in theMorrisville-Stow areas. He also does catering for all occasions, vacation services, andof course always cooks for his friends! Chef/Baker Katy Lanpher- Katy is our fulltime Chef-Baker and deli supervisor. She has anamazing technique to pull together the best stews and soups this side of theMississippi. Her Chicken Tarragon soup is a Green Top favorite seller on our daily souptable. Katy is also recognized locally for her cream soups, and homemade pies. Everymorning she prepares our scones that are made fresh with care, and our pecan bars whichare mouthwatering sweetness in themselves. Katy is fondly accepted by all of ouremployees for her gentle and sincere manor. Not your typical chef! |
